Kanban/Pull Systems: Implementing demand-driven systems to reduce lead-time, improve inventory management and reduce waste.

By the end of this course, participants will be equipped to independently lead Lean projects that deliver sustainable improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality improvement.
