This live, interactive, instructor-led program meets on Zoom for 4 hours every Tuesday afternoon, from 1 PM to 5 PM, beginning on April 8, 2025  and concluding on August 12; note there will be no class on July 29th)

The course is divided into four modules: One for each of the Six Sigma “road map” steps: Measure – Analyze – Improve - Control. Our meetings plus the homework assignments will provide both instruction and hands-on training (“tacit” learning) as attendees are required to complete a project during the program. Students actually get to apply the DMAIC skills acquired to their projects as the course progresses, and class exercises are also geared toward these projects. 

After taking this class attendees will be able to:
• Understand Six Sigma variation reduction methodology.
• Begin to apply the DMAIC “road map” and spread the methodology to everyday work problems.
• Assist Black Belts in Six Sigma teams and team projects.
• Successfully complete “in the trenches” variation reduction projects of their own.
• Become a mentor to others in applying statistical analysis to continuous improvement programs in their work environment.

Who should attend? This course is appropriate for all levels and disciplines within the organization. It is especially relevant for technical employees in manufacturing environment but can also be affective for those in transactional and service capacities such as Material Control, IT, Finance, etc.

Already have your Green Belt? These 64 hours of training can be applied toward Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation. This means that if you already have your green belt, you can still join us for this program to earn your Black Belt. Our Master Black Belt instructor will work with you on completion of a Black Belt project. When registering, simply note that you already have your green belt.
